Please read these terms carefully before using Beomz. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

By accessing or using Beomz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Beomz.
Beomz is an AI-powered mobile app builder platform. Users describe their app idea in plain English and Beomz generates a fully functional React application that can be previewed in the browser and published to iOS, Android, and web. The Service includes the Beomz web platform, AI code generation, app hosting on beomz.app subdomains, and related tools.
The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate code based on your prompts. AI-generated output may not always be perfect, complete, or production-ready. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deploying it for real users.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect the Service, and we will provide reasonable notice where possible.
You must create an account to use Beomz. You may sign up using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Beomz. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or other restrictions. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
Beomz is intended for lawful use to build legitimate mobile and web applications. You agree to use the Service only in ways that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the Service to: (a) build apps designed to deceive, defraud, or harm users; (b) generate, distribute, or store illegal content; (c) violate the intellectual property rights of others; (d) circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access to systems; (e) distribute malware or malicious code; (f) send spam or unsolicited communications; (g) harass, threaten, or abuse others; (h) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
You must not use the AI generation feature to produce content that is illegal, harmful, or violates these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the AI system.
You own the apps and code you generate using Beomz. All AI-generated code produced from your prompts belongs to you. You may use, modify, publish, sell, and distribute it freely, including commercially, without any royalty to Beomz.
The Beomz platform, including its design, branding, software, and underlying technology, is owned by Beomz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Beomz platform itself.
If you submit ideas, feedback, or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Each plan includes a defined number of AI generations per month and project slots. Unused generations do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BEOMZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CODE WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEOMZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BEOMZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BEOMZ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beomz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time via account settings. On closure, your projects and data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Published apps may be taken offline. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the termination of your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
